We do our best to handle every order with equal love and care, but a delivery error or manufacturing defect can always occur.

Warranty

All products are covered by the legal warranty. This means that the product is what you can reasonably expect from it.
In case of manufacturing defects, including custom-made products, you can contact us within a reasonable period (14 days) after discovery. Naturally, we will then replace or repair the product free of charge or refund the purchase price.

Complaints

Complaints about visible defects must be reported to Papr Walls in writing by email (info@paprwalls.com) within 7 days of receiving the product, accompanied by photos of the defect.
Once the wallpaper has been processed, the right to complain expires; therefore, you must check the rolls for visible defects before processing.

The warranty does not apply if damage is the result of incorrect or careless handling, processing without observing the processing instructions, or external influences such as moisture, temperature fluctuations, or direct sunlight.
